DESIGN DETAILS – BASEMENT BATHROOM: The bathroom vanity is the Sonoma 48 in. in Pebble Grey from Home Depot and is part of the Home Decorators Collection. The bathroom vanity cost $831. The faucet for the bathroom sink is Katun by Kohler in the chrome finish. I purchased it from Home Depot for $89. The toilet is the Tofino Complete 1 piece dual flush elongated in white with a slow close seat by American Standard. The toilet was from Home Depot and cost $238. I purchased both the toilet and vanity online from Home Depot. The shower head is the Hydro Energetic 8-spray pattern wall mounted in chrome by Moen. I purchased it from Home Depot for $47.96. The toilet paper holder is the Genta Pivoting toilet paper holder in chrome by Moen. I purchased it from Home Depot and it cost $27.52. I would definitely purchase this toilet paper holder again because the quality, design, and function are great. The glass shower doors were $1,900 and fabricated and installed by the same vendor. The linear shower drain is the (24″) Carmen Linear Shower Drain – with Drain Flange in polished stainless steel. I purchased it online from Signature Hardware for $269.
All of the tile for the basement renovation project was from Floor and Décor. The floor tile in the bathroom is the same as the rest of the basement Woodville Natural Wood Plank Porcelain tile SKU 100581628 with Mapei 05 Chamois Ultracolor Plus FA grout. The Woodville Natural Wood Plank Porcelain tile sells for $53.43 a box. The shower pan tile is Industria Matte Ceramic Penny Mosaic with Mapei 103 Cobblestone Ultracolor Plus FA grout. The Industria Matte Ceramic Penny Mosaic tile sells for $6.49 a piece. The white subway tile on two walls of the shower is Maiolica white wall tile SKU 100465160 and cost $1.39 a piece. The shower accent wall tile is Royal Blue Matte Porcelain Tile SKU 100585421 from Floor and Décor by Adessi Contemporary Tile and cost $1.59 a piece. We used white grout with all of the shower wall tiles.
