I choose Fabuwood cabinets for the kitchenette because I had used them in a prior renovation of a multi-family (more to come on our multi-family renovation in a future post) and was very pleased with the price, quality, and the different design choices available. The kitchenette and gaming area cabinets were from the Allure Series, the Galaxy door style in the Frost (white) finish. The cost for the kitchen and gaming area cabinets was $5,372. The countertops for the kitchen and gaming area were quartz by MSI and the design name was Calacatta Venice. I had worked with the countertop fabricators on several other projects and was very happy with the countertops which cost $3,000. The sink was supplied and installed by the countertop fabricators for an additional $100. The kitchen faucet is called Market and it is by Glacier Bay. I purchased it from Home Depot for $89. The cabinetry hardware is by Glide Rite Hardware in the chrome finish from Wayfair. The hardware for the kitchenette and the gaming area cost $132. I cannot recall where I purchased the floating wood shelves but according to my budget ledger we paid $424 for them. The refrigerator is by LG and is 23 cu. ft. French door refrigerator with ice maker in print proof stainless steel from Home Depot for $1,899. It is counter depth which costs more but in my opinion is worth it and always provides a nicer more custom look. The microwave drawer is by Sharp Model #KB6524PSY and I purchased it from Home Depot for $1,049. The dishwasher was previously used in my upstairs kitchen. We replaced the dishwasher in the upstairs kitchen with a newer model. We used the same subway tiles that are on the shower walls for the kitchen backsplash. The subway tile was from Floor and Decor. It is the Maiolica white wall tile with white grout. It sells for $1.39 a piece. This completes the kitchenette and gaming area.
